The Matrix Online Server Emulator

I have made a custom patcher and launcher that can be used by anyone who wishes to host their own server.
this is for SERVER OPERATORS ONLY. players should not download this.
instructions on how to configure and redistribute it are in the archive.

PLEEASSE, if you can, make the next new version of the MxO Private Server installer a Setup file or .exe because some of Windows 7 users( such has myself) have a hard time getting it to install even with every single administrator permission activated!!

msi is the preferred way of installing stuff on NT platforms.
deal with it (you should try renaming it to MxoEmuTestServerSetup.msi and try then)
