Got it runnin on the first try, btw I'm new to this game and to this forum, so let me start by saying hello and I hope to fit in with you all.

I feel like an idiot, but I can't get this to work at all.
I can start the program and get into the main screen, but either the game freezes at the main menu or after hitting Jack In will stay at "negotiating with servers"
Any help?
I have a fool-proof guide about 50% completed...
Would there be any interest? Should I even bother finishing?
As for you guys with your problems, it sounds like you're not running Matrix2.BAT.
Make sure you run reality.exe first, then run MATRIX2.BAT instead of MATRIX2.EXE.
Might help.

That or they're either not running Reality or its not staying up.

Also, they have to run in administrative mode.
